clean hotel - close to shopping malls - helpful staff - enjoyed a FREE half board deal - free shuttlebus to metro station and Emirates Mall.

The hotel offers a wonderful breakfast with a variety of multicultural dishes. The spacious rooms provide a nice coastal view, and the bed is comfortable.

our second time at atana hotel. we love the place for the location, the accessibility to the malls, the free shuttle services and the friendly staff. we were very thankful to the hotel for allowing us an early check in as our flight arrived earlier than the facility's check in time. we enjoyed our second stay at the hotel and we would definitely return there. car hire facility on site which was useful on this occasion. spacious pool and sunbathing area which gets the sun most times during the day as the tall buildings around may cause shade at some parts of the area you usually can move to a sunny area. convenient for may highway and metro station. many place to each close by. not too much noise around. bought b&b package for around £100/night.

We arrived late and had issues with the A/C, but the maintenance team responded promptly and fixed the problem. Despite the inconvenience, the room was clean and comfortable. I'll recommend this hotel.

During our 10-night stay as a family with kids, the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They promptly addressed any issues we had with our room, ensuring our satisfaction throughout our stay. The hotel's location, close to the Dubai Internet City metro station, made it convenient for us to explore the city. The free Wi-Fi in our room was a plus, allowing us to stay connected during our visit.
The only small issue we experienced was a lack of communication regarding the temporary closure of the pool for maintenance.
